Baked Egg Casserole

  • 6 slices well buttered white bread, crusts cut off
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten separately
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of paprika
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Butter casserole.

    Alternate layers of bread and cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.

    Set for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a pan of water. Cover until almost done.

    (Can add a little onion.)
