Quick Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mustard (regular)
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
  • 3 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 piece chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 80 ml hot water

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together.

    Chop the chicken breasts into small cubes.
  3. 3
    Put the chicken breasts into the marinade.

    Let them rest there for 10 minutes (or until you need them).

    Warm up the olive oil in a pan and add the chicken marinade in.

    Fry until the all meat turns white.

    Add the hot water in the pan and gently stir so you get a smooth sauce.

    Do not let it boil too long or you will loose the sauce.

    When done serve with white rice.
