  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 2 2/3 c. skim milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine Egg Beaters, sugar and salt.

    Stir in scalded milk and vanilla.

    Pour into 5 ounce cups.

    If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Set cups in a shallow baking pan.

    Add boiling water to a depth of 1-inch.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
