- 16 eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- ham, sausage or bacon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs and half and half.

2Cook on top of stove.

3Choose your favorite breakfast meat (ham, sausage or bacon) and cook.

4Put eggs in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

5Spread meat on top of eggs.

6Put mushroom soup on top of meat.

7Add cheese on top.

8Cover and let set overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
