- 1 medium tomatoes
- 14 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3 sprigs fresh basil, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees .

2Grease 4 ramekins.

3Slice tomato and place on paper towel to absorb moisture.

4Beat whipping cream until it thickens slightly.

5Add white wine and beat again.

6Place a tablespoon of cream mixture in each ramekin.

7Add a sprinkling of Swiss cheese and then divide the tomato slices between the ramekins.

8Carefully crack one egg in each ramekin.

9Add another tablespoon of cream and the remaining cheese.

10Top with fresh basil.
