- 500 grams white fish (ex. lingue)
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large tomato
- 1 oregano
- 1 butter
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
Directions

1Cut the fish in even portions (if possible, remove the bones).

2Sprinkle some salt and cover.

3Peel the potatoes and slice them (half a centimer or so).

4Wash the tomato, remove both ends and slice in three.

5Preheat your oven at 225 celsius (about 437F)

6Rub the butter at the recipen you chose for the oven and dispose the potates so they cover the bottom.

7Sprinkle some salt, oil, oregano and pepper.

8Add the tomato (sprinkle some more oregano on it).

9Add the fish and sprinkle some more pepper.

10Cover with tinfoil and put into the oven.
-
11After 20 minutes uncover and put back into the oven.

12Check everything is cooked before serving.
