  • 8 oz. fish fillet
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of black pepper
  • sprinkle of parsley

Directions

    Grease baking pan with oil.

    Place fish in a single layer in pan.

    Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pour over fish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Sprinkle with the parsley.
