- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of black pepper
- sprinkle of parsley

1Grease baking pan with oil.

2Place fish in a single layer in pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pour over fish.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

5Sprinkle with the parsley.
