- 2 lamb shanks
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)
Directions

1Rubbed them both with olive oil and salt heavily for braising

2Place them in 425 degree pre heated oven in a pan covered with foil (that way when you season them you can just pull up the sides to cover )

3Braise for 30 minutes

4Add Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)

5Wrap foil to create a steam cover

6Place in 225 to 250 degree oven for 3 hrs
