  • 2 lamb shanks
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)

Directions

    Rubbed them both with olive oil and salt heavily for braising

    Place them in 425 degree pre heated oven in a pan covered with foil (that way when you season them you can just pull up the sides to cover )

    Braise for 30 minutes

    Add Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)

    Wrap foil to create a steam cover
  6. 6
    Place in 225 to 250 degree oven for 3 hrs
