- French Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. fish fillets
Directions

1Dip fish in dressing.

2Melt margarine in flat pan.

3Pour part off to be used later.

4Roll fish in cracker crumbs and put single layer in pan.

5Sprinkle with lemon juice and then chopped onion. Pour remaining margarine over fish.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (May be placed under broiler very briefly after baked for a crisper coating.)
