- 1 c. crushed brownberry seasoned croutons
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- paprika to taste
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Wash fish.

2Place crushed croutons on waxed paper.

3Mix with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

4Roll fish on crumbs and place in well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Drizzle oleo over top. Bake at 300° for 10 to 12 minutes.
