- a bag of gumbo vegetables, fresh garlic, or okra and fresh tomatoes. (Optional: corn on the cob, break in 2 or 3 pieces.)( Gumbo vegetables and okra can be omitted are optional.) Can use just chicken and soup, and it is still good.
- Spices: chili powder, basil,fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt. (optional: Mrs. Dash).
