- 1 lb. haddock fillets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced dried onion
- paprika
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Cut in servings.

3Melt butter.

4Add lemon juice and onion to butter.

5Mix.

6Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Dip fish in to cover all over.

7Arrange fish in a greased foil-lined shallow pan.

8Pour remaining mixture over fish.

9(May be seasoned with salt and pepper, if desired.)

10Sprinkle with paprika.

11Bake until fish flakes with a fork.

12Cooking time:

1325 to 30 minutes at 350°.
