  • fish fillets (any white fish, flounder, haddock, orange roughy, approximately 1 lb.)
  • French dressing (8 oz. Wish-Bone)
  • 1 can Durkee fried onion rings
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Marinate fish 1/2 to 1 hour in dressing.

    Mix onion rings with Parmesan cheese (crush onion rings until very fine); add lemon juice.

    Arrange fillets in baking dish.

    Sprinkle onion and cheese mixture over fish.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Garnish with fresh lemon.
