  • 1/2 c chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1 c chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c diced carrots
  • 1 c chopped broccoli
  • (you can use frozen vegetables instead of all of fresh ones)
  • 1/4 c margarine / butter
  • 3 c water
  • 3 cubes vegetable bouillon
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1 Tbl chopped parsley
  • 3 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1,5 c milk
