- 1 1/2 lb. frozen haddock, cod or perch
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 oz. milk
- 3 c. soft bread crumbs (about 6 slices)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cut thawed fish into serving size pieces.

2Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.

3Arrange in single layer in baking pan.

4Pour milk over and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350°. Toast bread crumbs lightly in frying pan.

5Add parsley to sour cream and mix.

6Spoon sour cream mixture and bread crumbs over fish and bake at 350° for 10 minutes and then serve.
