- 2 lb. fish fillets (example: catfish, sole, halibut, trout)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
Directions

1Clean fish; wash cavity and dry.

2Melt butter or margarine and spread evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.

3Combine pepper, salt and paprika.

4Sprinkle herb mixture on both sides of fish. Place fish on top of butter.

5Drizzle with lemon juice.

6Garnish with parsley if desired.

7Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is almost done.
