- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- chopped parsley
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt
- 2 lb. fish
- lemon slices
Directions

1Saute onion in 4 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, paprika, salt, lemon juice and remaining oil. Cook for about 20 minutes.

2Place fish in baking dish and cover with sauce.

3Bake in a 400° oven approximately 30 minutes.

4Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Makes 4 servings.
