Baked Fresh Salmon

- 1 whole salmon (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 1/2 to 3/4 block margarine
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Split fish in half lengthwise and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a baking pan.

2Saute margarine, onion and mushrooms.

3Add lemon juice.

4Pour sauce over salmon and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
