Baked Fresh Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 whole salmon (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 block margarine
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Split fish in half lengthwise and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a baking pan.

    Saute margarine, onion and mushrooms.

    Add lemon juice.

    Pour sauce over salmon and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
