- 6 stone fruit, thinly sliced (eg peaches, nectarines, plums)
- 2 pears
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange, juice of
- 13 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200C.

2Place fruit in a baking tray with the cinnamon, orange juice.

3Cover with honey and sprinkle brown sugar.

4Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Serve with yoghurt, ice cream or custard.
