  • 6 stone fruit, thinly sliced (eg peaches, nectarines, plums)
  • 2 pears
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 13 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200C.

    Place fruit in a baking tray with the cinnamon, orange juice.

    Cover with honey and sprinkle brown sugar.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with yoghurt, ice cream or custard.
