- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- salt to taste (optional)
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and pepper; drain grease drippings.

2Add oregano, parsley flakes, garlic salt, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomatoes; let simmer.

3Grate Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese; set aside.

4Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions.

5Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.

6Begin with sauce (about 3/4 cup), then a layer of noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.

7Alternate in this way, ending with sauce on top.

8Bake at 400° for approximately 45 minutes.

9Slice and serve.
