- 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 large can pear halves or slices, drained
- 1 large can apricots, drained
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Save some of the juice from the fruit.

2Melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

3Pour a little pineapple juice over butter and the sugar.

4Mix.

5Add all the fruit. Put crushed crackers over top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until syrupy. Cherries are optional.
