Ingredients
- 1 large can pears
- 1 large can peaches
- 1 (No. 3) can pitted dark cherries
- 1 (No. 3) can peeled apricots
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. rum
Directions

1Drain all fruit, reserving 1/2 cup apricot juice.

2Pour fruit into casserole dish.

3Lay 2 large fresh strawberries on top. Sprinkle 1 cup brown sugar on top of fruit.

4Mix 1/2 cup apricot juice with 1/2 cup rum and pour over fruit.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6Serve warm.

7(You may mix ingredients together the night before and bake the following day.)
