- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 None Granny Smith apples, cored and quartered
- 3 None pears, cored and quartered
- 3 None rhubarb stalks, trimmed and sliced
- 4 None figs, quartered
- None None Ice cream, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine maple syrup, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well blended.

2Arrange apples and pears in a baking dish. Pour syrup mixture over fruit, turning fruit to coat.

3Bake for 25-30 mins. Turn fruit and add rhubarb and figs halfway through cooking. Serve warm with ice cream.
