  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 None Granny Smith apples, cored and quartered
  • 3 None pears, cored and quartered
  • 3 None rhubarb stalks, trimmed and sliced
  • 4 None figs, quartered
  • None None Ice cream, to serve

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine maple syrup, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well blended.

    Arrange apples and pears in a baking dish. Pour syrup mixture over fruit, turning fruit to coat.

    Bake for 25-30 mins. Turn fruit and add rhubarb and figs halfway through cooking. Serve warm with ice cream.
