- 1 kg fossili pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 hand full spinach
- 3 cup cubed ham
- 3 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to season
- 1 grated parmesan and cheddar cheese
- 1 cheese sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta in a salted boiling water with drops of olive oil.

2Once cooked, drain water and set aside.

3Make sure pasta is covered to keep it moist.

4Heat olive oil and then saute onions.

5Add ham, mushroom and spinach.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Add cheese sauce.

8Stair to combine all the ingredients.

9Layer cooked pasta in your casserole dish, followed by spinach, ham and mushroom sauce.

10Repeat step 5 until pasta and sauce are all added.

11Top it with grated parmesan and cheddar.

12Bake until the topping is golden brown.

13Serve it with green salad of your choice.
