Ingredients
- 1 pound halibut fillets, fresh or frozen
- 1 small onions
- 1 slice bread crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 each eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 each onions sliced
- 1 each green bell peppers sweet, chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce can
Directions

1Defrost the fish, if frozen.

2Grind the fish and onion in a food processor.

3Add the bread, salt, pepper and egg.

4Mix well.

5Shape into 12 balls.

6Combine the oil, onion, green pepper and tomato sauce in a baking dish.

7Arrange the fish balls in it, cover, and bake in a 325-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

8Baste with the sauce before serving.
