- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) butt end ham
- Cavender's Greek seasoning or your favorite lemon pepper or other dry seasoning
Directions

1Rub ham all over with seasoning; place in brown grocery bag. Turn edges down several times and staple shut.

2Place in a roasting pan.

3Bake 3 hours at 350°.

4Ham may be glazed in a warm oven after removing from bag.

5Makes 10 to 12 servings.
