  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 3 cups cooked penne pasta

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

    Brown meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet.

    Stir in pasta sauce, cream cheese mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
