- 1 fresh ham (12 to 16 lb.)
- 2 navel oranges
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Shake 1 tablespoon flour inside large cooking bag.

3Place ham inside bag after you have trimmed excess fat away and rinsed ham in water.

4Use the juice and pulp from the orange and mix with the water and brown sugar.

5Pour mixture over ham.

6Bake as bag instructions indicate for the weight of the ham plus about 30 minutes.
