  • 1 fresh ham (12 to 16 lb.)
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Shake 1 tablespoon flour inside large cooking bag.

    Place ham inside bag after you have trimmed excess fat away and rinsed ham in water.

    Use the juice and pulp from the orange and mix with the water and brown sugar.

    Pour mixture over ham.

    Bake as bag instructions indicate for the weight of the ham plus about 30 minutes.
