  • 12 to 14 lb. sugar-cured ham
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard

Directions

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Place ham, fat side up, uncovered, no water.

    Bake 4 to 5 hours.

    Mix together brown sugar, flour and mustard for glaze.

    Increase heat to 400°.

    Spread glaze over ham and bake for 20 minutes.
