  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 pound Small Shell Macaroni
  • 10- 3/4 ounces, weight Canned Tomato Puree
  • 13- 1/4 ounces, weight Canned, Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

    In a large saucepan over medium heat, crumble and brown the ground beef with the garlic and onion.

    Meanwhile, cook the macaroni noodles according to package directions.

    When the pasta is done, drain it and set it aside.

    When the meat is cooked (drain off the grease if youd like) and add the tomato puree, mushrooms and Velveeta.

    Stir until cheese has melted.

    Fold in the drained pasta.

    If mixture becomes too thick, pour in some beef broth.
