- 5 to 6 lb. ham
- 1/2 c. whole cloves
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 6 to 8 pineapple slices
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Bake ham in a roasting pan, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

2Remove from oven and cut off skin with a sharp knife. Score fat into diamond shapes.

3Place a whole clove in the center of each diamond.

4Spread mustard over ham.

5Then press on brown sugar.

6Secure pineapple slices on ham with toothpicks.

7Bake an additional 30 minutes, basting frequently with pineapple juice. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
