- 1 ham
- 2 onions
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash cloves
- 1 dash allspice
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. grape juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cover ham with water and add cloves, cinnamon, onions and allspice.

2Simmer slowly for 20 minutes per pound of ham.

3Remove any skin and cut fat in a crisscross design.

4Put ham in roasting pan and cover with mixture of bread crumbs and brown sugar.

5Bake 5 minutes in a 450° oven.

6Reduce heat to 300° and baste with grape juice every few minutes.

7Bake 18 minutes per pound at 300°.
