- 2 cans Texas style biscuits
- 3 cans cooked apples
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- raisins (optional)
- bottled cinnamon-sugar
Directions

1Let biscuits set out for a few minutes before rolling out. Then roll out on floured surface.

2Roll out 1 biscuit per pie.

3To cook apples, add cinnamon and sugar in apples, then spread apples on rolled out biscuit.

4Fold over, brush with oil, dip fork in flour and press around edge of pie.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 325° for 10 minutes or brown.

6Yields 20 pies.
