  • 36 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 12 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. carton sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Let potatoes thaw and break apart.

    Mix potatoes with undiluted soup, cheese, sour cream and melted margarine.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 375°.
