- 36 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes
- 12 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 lb. carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Let potatoes thaw and break apart.

2Mix potatoes with undiluted soup, cheese, sour cream and melted margarine.

3Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 375°.
