  • 32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/4 c. sliced butter

Directions

    Place potatoes in 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix sour cream, soup, milk, melted butter and onion together and pour over potatoes.

    Add cheese on top and cover with Rice Krispies.

    Place sliced butter on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
