  • 1 lb. fish fillets (such as cod, flounder or trout)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Place fish in a greased baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over fish. Bake in preheated 350° oven 10 to 15 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork; do not overcook. Makes 4 servings.
