  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers
  • garlic salt
  • 2 cans white Shoepeg corn

Directions

    Melt butter, milk and cheese.

    Drain corn.

    Add garlic salt and peppers.

    Bake until bubbly, 350°.

    I substitute whole kernel corn for the Shoepeg when I don't have the Shoepeg and it's very good also.
