  • 1 1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • grated Romano cheese
  • 1 lb. curly lasagna (No. 14)
  • 2 pt. jars lasagna sauce
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Directions

    Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup grated cheese.

    Boil lasagna in 4 quarts of salted water to which a tablespoon of oil has been added.

    (Oil keeps lasagna from sticking.)

    Cook for 15 minutes, drain and let cool.
