- 4 pieces chicken
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/4 c. black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (7 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and cubed
Directions

1Salt and pepper in flour.

2Dip chicken in flour and saute. Put olive oil in pan.

3Put chicken in pan and saute.

4Put everything else in pan over chicken.

5Let simmer on low for 35 minutes.

6Serve on noodles.
