  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 4 oz. lasagna
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp. grated Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

    Brown beef; drain off fat.
