- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 20 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
- 4 oz. Mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Saute meat, breaking it into small particles as it browns. Drain, then add spaghetti sauce, water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon oregano and simmer 15 minutes.

2Cook noodles, as directed. Prepare a filling by mixing cheeses, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and 1/8 teaspoon oregano together.

3Put a small amount of sauce in bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

4Alternate with layers of noodles, cheese filling, noodles, meat sauce, etc.

5Cover with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
