- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. can tomatoes (2 c.)
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Mix together and cook 30 minutes the beef, onion, garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.

2Cook noodles and set aside.

3Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese together.

4In 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 of the noodles in the bottom. Next, put in 1/2 beef mixture, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.

5Repeat process for second layer.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
