- 2 c. lentils
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 medium tomatoes or 1 c. stewed or frozen tomatoes
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook lentils.

2When tender, place in baking dish and add tomatoes.

3Saute pepper and onion

4in oil.

5Add all ingredients to lentils, plus salt (if lentils were not salted during cooking). Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
