- 1 lb. dry lima beans
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 8 or 10 bacon strips
- salt and pepper
- 1 small can tomatoes
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Put to boil in fresh salted water until tender.

3Drain.

4Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, catsup, sugar and vinegar.

5Put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.

6Cover with strips.

7Bake 1 hour at 325°.
