  • 2 small limes
  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • grated lime peel
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 13 to 14 oz. can chicken broth

    About 1 1/4 hours before serving, preheat oven to 400°. Grate, peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from limes.
