Baked Linguine

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked linguine
  • 1 (10 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 (26 oz.) can or jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. low-fat Bisquick

Directions

    Cook linguine according to directions and stir in the tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, onions and mushrooms.

    Pour into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

    (At this time you may refrigerate and put on the topping at baking time, if desired. Warm in microwave if it is refrigerated before pouring on the topping.)

    Mix the milk and Bisquick and spread over linguine mixture with cheese.

    Sprinkle Italian herbs, if desired.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, until topping is brown.
