Ingredients
- 2 containers beef liver
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 stick vegetable margarine
Directions

1Brown liver on both sides in olive oil using a skillet.

2Saute chopped up celery and onions; set aside.

3Use a Dutch oven and place liver pieces in bottom.

4Pour in celery and onions.

5Then top with stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.

6Bake in oven at 375° for 1 hour.

7Delicious served over white rice.

8(Do not cook liver on top of stove until done.

9Just brown it lightly on both sides. It cooks done in the oven.)
