- salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- flour
- onion slices
Directions

1For beef or pork liver, cut in serving size pieces.

2Dip 3 or 4 times in very hot water.

3Salt to taste and roll in flour.

4Melt shortening in a heavy skillet.

5Place liver in skillet. Put an onion slice on each piece. Bake at 375° until tender and brown. Turn over.
