- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 lb. liver, dredged in seasoned flour
- 6 strips bacon
Directions

1Place onion slices in bottom of shallow pan.

2Cover with melted butter and water.

3Put liver slices on onions; lay bacon strips over liver.

4Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more, or until bacon is browned.
