- 12 ounces, fluid Milnot
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Colby
- 4 ounces, weight Cubed Velveeta
- 1/2 sticks Butter, Divided

2Set your oven to 375 degrees

4Cook the elbow mac by package directions, but leave it good & al dente (and please, for the love of all things holy, salt your pasta water).

5When done, drain it.

7While your pasta boils away, shred/cube your cheeses.

8In a pinch, you could use the pre-packaged shredded stuff, but Ive found its not as good as the original.

10Combine the cooked macaroni, cheeses, Milnot, and half of the butter (just break up the butter with your fingers) in a round casserole.

11Dot the top with the remaining butter.

13Toss it in the oven and forget about it for an hour.

14If you find the top is getting browner than youd like, cover it with foil.
